5 more minutes please!
Many of you probably know that everyone is really tired in the morning to wake up really early for school or you want to sleep 5 more minutes. But why are most of the students really tired in the morning? What can help you to have enough sleep? What can help you to get out from bed in the morning really quickly?
Many students are really tired in the morning, it’s because they aren’t going to bed early, they can’t sleep well, have to study a lot for exams or they were on their smartphone too much.
It’s kind of hard for many students like us, but the tip is that a day before school, you should go to bed a little bit earlier, so you have enough sleep. But probably many of you aren’t tired or can’t sleep early. So here are some other tips for you:
- Read a book, you will feel tired after reading some lines and you can dream well.
- Don’t use your smartphone one hour before going to bed, that is kind of hard for most of the students but it helps your health and gives you a clear mind to go to bed.
- Before brushing your teeth or before going to bed, drink a warm cup of milk with honey that relaxes you and helps you to sleep very well.
4. Create a sleep music playlist at esound or other music app. For example at esound, where you have a sleeping playlist, there is an option that is called “sleep timer” so you can listen to the sleeping music playlist for like 5, 10, 15, 20, 25… minutes. It’s really relaxing and it helps you to sleep faster and better.
But when you are still tired in the morning so that you can’t open your eyes, here are some tips for you:
1. Before going to bed, put your alarm clock or your phone on the other end of your room. Then, in the morning, you have to stand up and have to go to the end of your bedroom to turn the alarm off. That can help you to stand up quickly, because you have to go to turn the alarm off.
2. When you are going to get dressed or brush your teeth, listen to some music on your smartphone, that gives you good energy and you can start your school day even better. You can also create a “morning playlist” on a music app. I recommend some energy music for the morning playlist.
3. If you are really tired, you should wash your face with really cold water, that will refresh you and make you feel awake. You can also use really warm water to wash your face, that is not as refreshing as the cold water but the warm water can relax you.
